This notice explains, under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), how the personal data of people who visit gursoyprefabrik.com.tr and contact us through its forms is processed.

Personal data processed

  • Identity and contact: name, company name, city / district, phone number, email address
  • Request details: the description of your request and the model you are interested in
  • Source information: the page you submitted the form from, the first page you visited, the referring site and campaign (UTM) parameters in the link
  • Acknowledgement record: the mark that you have read this notice and the submission time

To prevent misuse of the form, your IP address is evaluated briefly in server memory only, without being stored.

Purposes of processing

  • Responding to your quote and information requests, identifying the product that suits your needs and preparing pricing
  • Carrying out the contract process for the product or service you request
  • Keeping the website and forms secure and preventing unwanted submissions
  • Improving our promotional activities by understanding which page and channel requests come from
  • Measuring website usage with your explicit consent (analytics cookies)

Legal grounds

  • Being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c) — your quote request and subsequent discussions
  • Fulfilling our legal obligations (art. 5/2-ç)
  • Our legitimate interest, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (art. 5/2-f) — form security and measuring request sources
  • Your explicit consent (art. 5/1) — analytics cookies

Transfer of personal data

Your data is shared only for the purposes above and with our infrastructure providers: hosting and web infrastructure (Vercel Inc.), the database where form submissions are stored (Supabase Inc.), email notification of new requests to our team (Resend) and website development and maintenance (Mars Creative). As some of these providers’ servers are located abroad, your data may be transferred abroad in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK. It may be shared with authorised public bodies where required by law.

Cookies and similar technologies

  • Source information (gp-kaynak): kept in the browser’s session storage and deleted when the tab is closed; sends the source of your visit along with the form.
  • Cookie preference (mc-consent): used to remember your choice once analytics measurement is enabled.
  • Analytics cookies (Google Analytics): run only if you consent; not loaded otherwise.
  • Page statistics (Vercel Web Analytics): uses no cookies and does not identify individuals.
  • Map: Google Maps loads only when you press "Show map"; no request is sent to Google before that.

Retention period

Your personal data is kept for as long as necessary for the purpose of processing and for the retention and limitation periods set out in the relevant legislation; it is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if so, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred, to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, to request deletion or destruction under the conditions of Article 7, to request that such operations be notified to third parties, to object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis, and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
